Job Role: Business Analyst – Integrated Disbursement System Modernization (IDSM)

Location: Mandaluyong, Manila

Employment Type: Contract

Engagement Duration: 6 months (Extendable)

Standard schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Manila Time.

About the Role

We are seeking a Business Analyst (BA) who will play a key role in analyzing business processes, elaborating requirements, supporting solution design, assisting in testing activities, and ensuring high-quality implementation of the IDSM project.

Key Responsibilities

The Business Analyst will:

• Perform deep-dive analysis of current disbursement processes, requirements, design specifications, and related applications.
• Participate in requirements elaboration, solution design and review, and issue resolution.
• Develop additional requirements such as wireframes, UX/UI prototypes, data specifications, business rules, workflows, integrations, and role-based access definitions.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing test scenarios, test cases, and scripts based on requirements.
• Conduct product demos and facilitate usability testing with product owners and stakeholders.
• Work closely with testing teams and support users during User Acceptance Testing.
• Support monitoring, management, and resolution of defects and issues.
• Collaborate with the IDSM project team, business stakeholders, and technical SMEs.

Qualifications & Experience

Candidates must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of business analysis experience covering full end-to-end IT solution implementation and systems integration.
• Experience in banking, accounting, or financial services (advantage).
• At least 3 years of experience in solution design and business process documentation.
• Background in IT application testing and quality assurance.
• Understanding of ADB business processes (advantage).
• Knowledge of project and SDLC methodologies.
• Experience working with Agile and Waterfall delivery.
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools such as SharePoint, Teams, and Power BI.
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
