🎯 What You’ll Do
As a Management Trainee, you’ll gain hands-on experience across both business and technical operations — working closely with global and local teams to drive real impact.
💡 Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Support day-to-day business operations and strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate with international partners in China and the USA for projects and supply chain activities.
- Work with local clients to understand needs and deliver smart, technology-driven solutions with our Engineering team.
- Conduct research, data analysis, and process improvements to support decision-making.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and project documentation.
- Contribute to HR functions, including recruitment and onboarding.
- Participate in team meetings, idea sessions, and company growth initiatives.
🎓 After a 6-month training period, high-performing trainees will be promoted to Junior Executive — your first big step in a leadership journey at Veyrion.
🧩 What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, HR, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A creative thinker who challenges conventional ideas and finds better ways to do things.
- Eager to learn, grow, and take ownership in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of business processes, technology, or automation is a plus.
- Comfortable working with international teams across time zones.
