Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working as a Technical Business Analyst or in a comparable analytical capacity.
- Proven experience handling responsibilities in a lead or senior capacity.
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence concepts, LLMs, or chatbot solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and SCRUM practices.
- Practical experience using tools such as Postman, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Proven involvement in UAT, SIT, and post-launch validation or assurance processes.
- Strong understanding of APIs, including structure, documentation, and integration methods.
- Basic proficiency in SQL with the ability to analyze and interpret data effectively.
