WIS Group is a fast-growing UK-based company in the Accountancy and Financial Services industry. We are seeking a Junior Creative Designer to join our dynamic and collaborative team.
You’ll be part of WIS Mortgages, which works with leading UK banks, insurers, and mortgage brokers to deliver trusted financial advice to clients. As we enhance our website and digital presence, we’re looking for a designer with creativity, passion, and attention to detail.
- Design engaging social media content, including posts, stories, carousels, and cover visuals
- Support the website relaunch with visual elements such as banners, icons, and mockups
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams on design concepts and campaigns
- Ensure brand consistency across all creative assets and digital platforms
- Assist in basic video editing and simple animations
- Degree, certification, or proven experience in design, media, or a related field
- Proficiency in Canva and a good understanding of layout, color, and typography
- Strong sense of design trends and how they apply to social media engagement
- Good communication and time management skills
- Enthusiasm to learn and grow in a creative, fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Experience creating short-form video content (Reels, Tik-Tok, YouTube Shorts)
- Interest in UI/UX and website design
- Interest in the financial services or mortgage industry
