Responsibilities

  • Assist team leads in coordinating and tracking project timelines, deliverables, and tasks.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation including schedules, reports, and meeting notes.
  • Support internal communications and ensure team alignment on project goals.
  • Help identify project risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Participate in team meetings, track action items, and follow up on pending tasks.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support the use of project management tools.
  • Support requirement gathering and feature prioritization


Shift: 9.00am - 6.00pm

Location: Battaramulla (On-Site)

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Project Management, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, Monday.com) is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of project lifecycle, timelines, and performance metrics.
  • Tech-savvy with a logical mindset and eye for detail
  • Self-driven, organised, and eager to learn
