The Role

We are seeking a sharp and analytically-minded Trainee MIS Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for a recent graduate or a career-changer who is passionate about data, systems, and processes. You will receive structured training and hands-on experience in maintaining our MIS, generating reports, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the company.

Key Responsibilities

Under the guidance of senior team members, you will:


Data Management & Processing: Assist in collecting, validating, and processing data from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.


Report Generation: Learn to create and automate standard and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and presentations for different departments using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.


System Maintenance: Support the maintenance and troubleshooting of our core MIS applications and databases.


Technical Support: Provide first-line support to users for MIS-related queries and report issues.


Process Documentation: Help in creating and updating documentation for MIS processes, report definitions, and user guides.


Qualifications:


A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Administration, or a related field.


Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.


Proficiency in Microsoft Excel


A basic understanding of database concepts and SQL.


Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


A proactive, curious, and eager-to-learn attitude.
