We are seeking a highly motivated Software Engineer (AI) to join our team. In this role, you will research, design, and scale AI-driven solutions across autonomous driving, robotics platforms, and other intelligent systems. You will play a key part in developing high-performance software systems, ensuring that our AI models are production-ready, scalable, and reliable. This position offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of AI, robotics, and cutting-edge hardware.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and development of new AI architectures, approaches and applications.
- Engineer production-ready ML systems and pipelines.
- Work with edge devices to develop, optimize and deploy AI models.
- Support the training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring of machine learning models.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and improve software performance in production environments.
- Contribute to the development of scalable infrastructure for real-time AI applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI/ML-powered features.
- Build, optimize, and maintain backend systems and APIs that integrate with AI models.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in AI/ML, robotics, and software engineering.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in AI, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++ programming.
- Solid understanding of machine learning and deep learning fundamentals.
- Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and system design principles.
- Experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with modern software development practices (Git, CI/CD, testing frameworks).
- Proficiency with Linux-based systems (Ubuntu, Debian).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge in LLMs, agentic AI, LLM fine-tuning, and optimization.
- Understanding of reinforcement learning and swarm intelligence.
- Experience with Nvidia edge devices and CUDA programming.
- Knowledge of robotics systems and ROS (Robot Operating System).
- Hands-on experience deploying ML models into production.
- Contributions to open-source projects or AI/ML research.
