Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer. The position is based in Colombo, with some flexibility for remote work. The Senior Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including test execution, developing and executing manual test cases, ensuring the quality of software products, and performing comprehensive software testing. The role also involves identifying software defects, suggesting improvements, and working closely with development teams to ensure product quality.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Test Execution, Software Testing, and Manual Testing
- 5+ years of experiene in Software Testing
- Experience developing and executing detailed Test Cases
- Strong background in Quality Assurance practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong communication skills in English
