The company has since expanded into System Integration and UAV technology services, catering to a wide range of industry needs.


We are currently seeking a skilled and driven professional to join our dynamic team as a Senior Engineer – Information Security.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Engage in pre-sales activities including requirement gathering, solution design, client presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to design customized security solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Lead the post-sales deployment, configuration, and integration of security solutions such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, encryption, IAM, and XDR.
  • Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshoot issues to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships by acting as a trusted cybersecurity advisor.
  • Stay current with evolving cybersecurity technologies, threats, and best practices to continuously enhance solution offerings.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client success.


THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS:

  • A Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in both pre-sales and post-sales engineering roles within the information security domain.
  • Strong customer engagement skills, technical presentation capabilities, and solution architecture experience.
  • Expertise in deploying a wide array of cybersecurity tools and technologies.
  • Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or relevant vendor credentials (e.g., Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco) will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external clients.
