About the Role
We’re seeking a Junior Software Developer who loves to code, solve problems, and learn new technologies. You’ll work with a supportive team of experienced engineers, gain hands-on experience across multiple projects, and sharpen your skills in C#, Java, and Python.

What You’ll Do
- Write, test, and maintain clean, high-quality code in C#, Java, and Python.
- Collaborate with other developers, designers, and project leads to build software solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and learn from senior team members’ feedback.
- Use your coding skills for data analysis and real-world problem solving.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and improve software performance.
- Keep up with new technologies and continuously improve your coding craft.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of hands-on coding experience (academic or professional).
- Proficiency in at least one of the following: C#, Java, or Python — and a willingness to learn the others.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Eager to learn, grow, and take initiative.
- Great communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
- US work authorization required.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Basic understanding of data analysis or data-driven projects.
- Familiarity with tools like Git, Visual Studio, or JIRA.
- Previous remote work or internship experience.
