Key Skills Required

• Python Proficiency: Solid understanding of core Python programming concepts and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• API Development: Familiarity with the FastAPI framework for building robust and high-speed RESTful APIs.
• Data Manipulation: Experience with essential data science libraries, specifically NumPy for numerical operations and Pandas for data analysis and manipulation.
• Version Control: Working knowledge of Git.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaboration in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain efficient, reusable, and scalable Python code for backend applications and data pipelines.
• Assist in the design and implementation of API endpoints using FastAPI.
• Utilize Pandas and NumPy to process, clean, and analyze large datasets.
• Collaborate with senior developers and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and implement new features.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge.
• Contribute to technical documentation for new and existing systems.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues across different application environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience/coding bootcamp completion.
• Demonstrable experience (personal projects, internships, or professional) using Python, FastAPI, NumPy, and Pandas.
