Role Overview
In this role, you’ll act as the bridge between our business and technical teams gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and helping to turn ideas into practical solutions. You’ll get hands-on experience with real projects, work closely with stakeholders, and contribute to improving systems and workflows that make a real impact in the healthcare technology space.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct and lead business meetings and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Use analytical tools and methods to analyze, understand, and improve stakeholder processes.
- Document business requirements and create flow diagrams in line with UML notations (SRS, SOP, PFD/PDD, SDD).
- Evaluate and present information in structured formats to support project analysis and decision-making.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Systems.
- Previous experience or internship in a similar role is preferred.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies (SCRUM, SDLC) and project management platforms is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong team player with the ability to work under pressure and adapt to new tools and processes
