Role Description
- Installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting office network & devices
- Hands-on experience in open-source firewall operations
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot IT issues for end users
- Manage 365 Accounts, Exchange, control MFA, user access, and permission
- Experience with virtualization technologies
- Involvement and coordination of IT-related purchasing, payments, and budgeting process.
- Preparing and conducting relevant user training
- Supporting ISO audit and providing required documents and changes
- Requirement gathering & providing solution
Qualifications
- HND in any IT-related field
- Knowledge about Azure and Office 365 admin panel
- Minimum 1-year Experience in IT support and networking
- Laptop hardware basic troubleshooting & knowledge
- Knowledge about various printers
- Familiar with operating systems Windows, Ubuntu, Mac
- Able to communicate in English (Reading and writing)
