We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Software QA Engineer Intern to join our team! As part of this role, you’ll help ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our software through careful testing and validation. You’ll get the chance to collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to identify issues, verify fixes, and contribute to delivering a top-quality product.
This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both manual and automated testing, explore real-world QA practices, and learn how the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) works in a supportive, team-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the overall QA process, including test case design and defect logging.
- Perform functional and regression testing using manual techniques on new product features.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of automation test scripts
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand requirements, test strategies, and quality goals.
- Develop and implement effective test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Requirements
- Currently studying or having a bachelor's degree in information technology field
- Basic knowledge of both manual and automation testing principles.
- Familiarity with the concept of Scrum, Agile processes.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience with test automation tools like Playwright for web and mobile automation frameworks will be an added advantage.
