Job Responsibilities
• Provide quality assurance support to our product releases
• Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to come up with
test plans, test cases, and testing requirements and estimate the testing effort
• Implement automated testing using open-source tools
• Identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs
• Perform thorough testing on resolved bugs
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
• Communicate and coordinate with internal teams (e.g. developers, devops engineers,
UI/UX designers, top management) on releases
Shift: SL day time (8:30am – 5:30pm)
Location: Katugasthota
Job Requirements
• Project level experience in software quality assurance is a must
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
• Experience in writing test plans and test cases
• Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools is added advantage
• Experience working in an Agile development process
• Attention to detail is a must
• Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
• Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a special diploma in Software Quality
