Role Overview

As a QA Intern, you’ll ensure every Infinity AI system operates flawlessly across both Python-based (Flask, AI pipelines) and MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) environments.

You will design, execute, and automate test cases that validate functionality, performance, and user experience across multi-stack platforms.

This is a hands-on opportunity to learn modern QA practices, collaborate with engineers across technology stacks, and contribute to the release of production-ready enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute manual and automated test cases for frontend, backend, and integrated system modules.
• Perform functional, regression, and API testing across Flask (Python) and MERN-based platforms.
• Validate and stress-test RESTful APIs, socket connections, and real-time features.
• Identify, document, and verify bug fixes via GitHub Issues and EMS task dashboards.
• Collaborate with developers, UI/UX designers, and data teams to define quality benchmarks.
• Contribute to creating a Unified QA Framework for Infinity AI products using both Python and JavaScript-based tools.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, code review discussions, and sprint retrospectives.

Technical Competencies

• Languages: Python, JavaScript (ES6+).
• Frameworks & Stacks: Flask, React, Node.js, Express, MongoDB.
• Testing Tools: Selenium, Cypress, PyTest, Postman, Jest, or Mocha (any familiarity is advantageous).
• Version Control: Git & GitHub (experience with branching, pull requests, and issue tracking).
• Foundational Knowledge: SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum, and API testing fundamentals.

Preferred Qualifications

• Undergraduate in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent discipline.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset for debugging and validation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and DevOps concepts is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with structured documentation skills.
