Jetzy is looking for a detail-oriented QA Intern to join our Product Team. In this role, you will help ensure that our web and mobile applications deliver a seamless and high-quality user experience. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates seeking hands-on professional experience in software quality assurance, testing, and product improvement within a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities- Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers to understand feature requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Perform manual and exploratory testing on new features and bug fixes.
- Document test results, record issues in the tracking system (e.g., Jira), and follow up on resolutions.
- Assist in creating, maintaining, and executing detailed test cases and checklists.
- Participate in regression, smoke, and integration testing cycles to ensure overall product stability.
- Provide feedback on usability and user experience from a testing perspective.
- Support in developing QA process documentation and contribute ideas for improving test coverage and efficiency.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of software development and testing principles.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving ability.
- Familiarity with any bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Notion) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
By the end of the internship, you will:
