We are looking for motivated, ambitious Mobile Developer Interns eager to be part of something big from its very inception. Join us and play a pivotal role in shaping the mobile experiences of our rapidly growing technology startup.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and maintain mobile app features using React Native, TypeScript, and Next.js.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI teams to implement intuitive and engaging user experiences.
- Integrate APIs and third-party services to create seamless app functionality.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices in mobile development.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile meetings to enhance team productivity.
- Debug and troubleshoot performance issues to continuously optimize app responsiveness and reliability.
QUALIFICATIONS
Undergraduate student pursuing majors in:
- Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical fields
- Electrical & Computer Engineering, Data Science, or Computational Mathematics
- Cognitive Science, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or Digital Media with strong coding background
Must-haves:
- Proficiency in TypeScript, React Native, and Next.js
- Familiarity with mobile application development lifecycle and best practices
- Experience with Git/GitHub and collaborative development workflows
- Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new technologies
- Highly motivated, organized, and capable of meeting tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- (Open to extremely ambitious upper-class high-schoolers)
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Prior experience developing cross-platform mobile applications
- Familiarity with mobile UI/UX principles
- Exposure to Firebase, AWS, or other cloud-based backend services
- Participation in hackathons or open-source contributions
