- Assist the IT admin with daily operations and technical tasks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Support system installations, updates, and configurations.
- Monitor system performance and report any issues.
- Manage IT inventory, including tracking hardware and software assets.
- Help set up and maintain networks, including security measures and CCTV systems.
- Document IT processes, troubleshooting steps, and system configurations.
- Assist in IT security initiatives, user access management, and data protection.
- Support system backups and disaster recovery procedures.
- Take on other IT-related tasks as needed.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, VPN, Firewalls) is a plus!
- Familiarity with IT troubleshooting tools and problem-solving methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
