As our Business Analyst Intern, you will gain comprehensive insight into how a modern technology company operates. Reporting to the Lead Analyst, you'll work across multiple business units, helping to define groundbreaking custom projects, enhance our internal products, and get hands-on experience with core business systems like Sage and Microsoft Dynamics 365. Key Responsibilities
- Gather & Analyze Requirements: Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements from various business units for software, products, and system integrations.
- Perform Data Analysis: Analyze market trends, user data, and process metrics to support product development and business decisions.
- Leverage Modern Tools: Utilize Generative AI and other AI tools to enhance requirements analysis, solution design, and research tasks.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product managers, developers, and QA experts to identify and solve business problems.
- Conduct Strategic Research: Perform targeted research on market opportunities and technology trends as requested by company leadership.
- Communicate Findings: Prepare clear reports, diagrams, and presentations to share your findings and recommendations with stakeholders.
