Data Analyst – CRM & Operations
🧠Key Responsibilities
CRM Data Analysis: Extract, clean, and analyze data from CRM systems to provide actionable insights.
Reporting & Dashboards: Develop and maintain reports and interactive dashboards to monitor KPIs and business performance.
Trend Prediction & Forecasting: Analyze historical data to identify trends, forecast sales, and predict customer behavior.
Data Visualization: Present complex data in clear, visually engaging formats for management and stakeholders.
Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in data collection, storage, and reporting processes, and implement improvements.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to understand data needs and provide insights for decision-making.
Data Quality & Accuracy: Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across all CRM and operational systems.
Ad-hoc Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support business initiatives, campaigns, and operational decisions.
Automation: Develop automated workflows and reports to streamline recurring data tasks.
🛠Required Skills & Qualifications
Excel Expertise: Advanced skills including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, and conditional formatting.
CRM Systems Knowledge: Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving and data interpretation skills.
Communication: Ability to clearly present data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data handling and reporting.
🎓 Preferred Qualifications
Technical Skills: Familiarity with SQL, Python, R, or BI tools like Power BI/Tableau.
Experience: Previous experience in a data analyst role, especially in CRM or sales operations.
Education: Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
