Role Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product owners, team leads, architects, and global teams to deliver world-class solutions.
- Work independently, managing workload while fostering an inclusive and open team culture.
- Design and implement automated CI/CD pipelines for streamlined deployments.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for cloud provisioning and scalability.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for one or more applications.
- Ensure documentation of system design, workflows, and compliance with standards.
- Apply DevOps best practices in collaboration with developers, QA, security, and operations teams.
- Focus on delivering secure, reliable, and high-quality solutions, including third-party integrations.
- Continuously build technical knowledge through hands-on work, certifications, and learning.
- Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies and provide updates to Scrum Master or Team Lead.
- Use retrospectives and reviews to drive improvements and increase delivery quality.
- Remain calm under pressure and solve issues with minimal supervision.
- Communicate effectively and maintain a strong client-focused mindset.
- Keep technical documentation and knowledge base updated with resolutions and insights.
