ConInnova is seeking a Business Analyst to join our team and support the development of our SaaS product, CivCost, a solution designed to transform cost management in the construction industry. This role is ideal for a highly analytical professional who thrives on translating complex business requirements into actionable user stories and managing agile backlogs in Azure DevOps.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze feature requirements, business processes, and stakeholder needs, and translate them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Enter, maintain, and refine user stories in Azure DevOps backlog.
- Collaborate with the Product Manager, Senior Business Analyst, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements.
- Update and adapt backlog items based on evolving product enhancements, stakeholder feedback, and business priorities.
- Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and requirements workshops.
- Document workflows, business rules, and edge cases with precision.
- Ensure requirements adhere to product vision and industry best practices.
- Provide business analysis support across the full SDLC, from discovery to deployment.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Information Technology, Business Systems, or related discipline.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in SaaS or technology-driven environments.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps (or similar backlog management tools).
- Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of the construction industry or cost management practices is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an agile team environment.
