About the Role
We are seeking an Associate QA Lead to strengthen our quality engineering function across multiple software and AI-driven projects. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical QA expertise with leadership capabilities to guide a small QA team, establish quality best practices, and ensure continuous improvement in testing processes and automation frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and guide QA engineers to ensure consistent and effective testing practices.
- Define, plan, and execute both manual and automated test strategies for web and mobile applications.
- Establish QA frameworks, templates, and documentation standards aligned with company objectives.
- Collaborate with development, product, and business teams to define quality metrics and acceptance criteria.
- Design and implement automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium
- and integration testing.
- Participate in sprint planning to ensure QA deliverables align with agile timelines.
- Identify and manage quality risks early in the development lifecycle.
- Drive process improvements and support ISO and quality compliance initiatives.
- Prepare QA reports and dashboards for leadership review.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of QA experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior QA role.
- Strong experience in both manual and automated testing.
- Proficiency with test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Azure DevOps).
- Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience in testing ERP or enterprise-level systems is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- ISTQB Foundation / Advanced Level

- Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA)

- Domain Awareness: Familiarity with ERP, AI, or SaaS-based applications.
