Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Support Associate, located in the Colombo District. The Support Associate will be responsible for providing technical support, assisting customers with their queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include troubleshooting printer-related issues, managing orders, and maintaining inventory.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Support Worker and in providing Technical Support
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Understanding of laptops and printer helpdesk support is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Experience in the printer supplies industry IT Hardware is a plus
- Diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in IT or Customer Service is advantageous
