To be a good fit for this role, you will need
- Experience using React, with a good understanding of React design patterns.
- Experience using TypeScript.
- An understanding of clean code, and other object-oriented principles.
- Some experience with API design and development.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git.
You will stand out from other candidates if you have
- Experience with mobile app development using tools like React Native / Flutter.
- Experience with other languages and frameworks, particularly C#.
Responsibilities
With guidance from the Software Architect, the Software Engineer will use their experience to develop world-class web and mobile applications for our clients. The key accountabilities of the role include the following.
- Engage in the process of designing responsive UIs, in collaboration with the broader team, based on consultations with clients.
- Develop responsive screens for progressive-web applications using React, and native mobile applications using React-Native.
- Write clean, composable server-side code.
- Work with popular ORMs for NodeJS like TypeORM and Prisma.
- Work with cloud service providers like Microsoft Azure, AWS and Google Cloud as required for project work.
