Intern
Core4ce is seeking a motivated and adaptable entry-level coop to support our internal software development projects. This position offers hands-on experience in software engineering while contributing to meaningful projects that drive our organization forward. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical fundamentals, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research tasks as assigned through the Forge platform, including technical investigations, documentation review, and solution analysis
- Provide coordination assistance on Project Literacy, helping to manage project timelines, documentation, and team communications
- Support software development initiatives using Python, MATLAB, and other programming tools
- Assist in data analysis and visualization to support project decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
- Document processes, findings, and technical specifications
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development practices
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Proficiency in Python and MATLAB
- Experience with Excel and data analysis tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Familiarity with Google Workspace for project collaboration
- Previous project experience demonstrating research and analysis capabilities
- GPA of 3.0 or higher
