We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Software Test Automation Intern with a keen interest in Playwright and modern test automation practices. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in building and executing automated test suites for web applications, working closely with our QA and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
· Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test scripts using Playwright.
· Work with developers and QA engineers to identify test cases suitable for automation.
· Execute automated tests, analyze results, and report defects.
· Contribute to continuous integration and delivery pipelines by integrating test automation.
· Document test cases, procedures, and results clearly and effectively.
Qualifications
· Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
· Familiarity with Playwright or other modern test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).
· Basic knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript or another programming language.
· Understanding of software testing principles and QA methodologies.
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Good communication and collaboration skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
· Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure ,GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).
· Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured).
· Exposure to version control systems (Git).
