The following opportunity is for our U.S. team.
The opportunity
We currently have an opportunity for an IT Intern to join our Corporate IT team based remotely nationwide. The projected start date is early June 2026, and the internship will last approximately 8-10 weeks. We are seeking motivated and technically savvy students who are eager to learn, innovate, and contribute to a successful IT team. You will gain hands-on experience as part of an Agile Scrum team, working through the full systems development life cycle on a variety of applications. You’ll also have the opportunity to explore the use of emerging technologies such as AI and automation to help solve real business challenges.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a motivated Scrum team to design, develop, test, and implement innovative solutions, including digital web applications, web services, APIs, and automation scripts.
- Apply problem-solving skills to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organization.
- Learn continuously by engaging with new tools, processes, and technologies, including AI-assisted development and testing.
- Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent self-taught experience.
- Competency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Exposure to front-end frameworks (Angular, React) and back-end technologies (.NET, Java).
- Basic relational database knowledge, including queries, tables, views, stored procedures, and keys (MS SQL Server experience preferred).
- Object-Oriented Programming (Java, C#, Python, etc.).
- Scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, etc.).
- Source control (Git, GitHub, GitLab, or similar).
- Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Unit testing, automated testing, or test frameworks.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, tools, or frameworks (e.g., Python libraries, GitHub Copilot, or other AI-powered development tools).
- Experience with reporting and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
$21/hour - Undergrad Students
$23/hour - Grad Students
