About the Role
We are looking for a business analyst intern to work on a project responsible to gather and document client requirements, map technical design with the requirements and manage documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with system owners and users to understand business requirements.
- Compare business requirements with current processes and systems.
- Prepare clear functional or system specification documents.
- Work with tech leads and system owners to ensure requirements are met.
- Help Dev and QA teams check their work aligns with requirements.
- Make sure all stakeholders understand the requirements.
- Avoid miscommunications or missing information among stakeholders.
- Attend meetings and prepare meeting notes.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of web applications and backend-frontend systems.
- Some exposure to development technologies (MERN Stack, AWS, Kubernetes).
- Familiar with Microsoft Office.
- Experience with design tools (Figma, Miro) and project management tools (Jira) is a plus.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Able to work well in cross-functional teams.
