They are seeking a remote Front-End Web Developer to join their team and build intuitive, scalable applications using Vue.js and Nuxt.
Compensation: $30–$37/hour DOE, with potential for conversion to a permanent salaried role (up to $78K/year).
Availability: The position reports to the Director of Operations based in Seattle but is 100% remote with flexible hours. The role starts as a temporary assignment covering medical leave and has the potential to transition into a permanent position based on performance and business needs.
Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain web applications with Vue.js and Nuxt.
- Design and implement responsive, customer-facing interfaces using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript to deliver a seamless user experience.
- Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate NodeJS.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Work independently in a remote environment with strong self-management.
- Participate in code reviews and share knowledge with the team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues and bugs.
Requirements
- Previous web development experience with Vue.js and Nuxt.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and NodeJS.
- Experience with Kendo UI for Vue is a plus.
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate remotely.
