We’re seeking a creative UI/UX Designer with expertise in visual design and client collaboration to lead the design of intuitive, stunning digital experiences. You’ll transform complex business requirements into seamless user journeys while mentoring junior designers and elevating creative standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces for web/mobile apps.
- Conduct user research, testing, and analysis to inform design decisions.
- Lead design sprints and mentor junior designers.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Partner with developers to implement pixel-perfect designs.
Requirements
✔ 3+ years of UI/UX design experience (portfolio required).
✔ Mastery of Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and prototyping tools (Framer).
✔ Expertise in design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
✔ Bonus: Experience with photo/video editing, SaaS/B2B products, or enterprise apps.
✔ Soft Skills: Creativity, mentorship ability, and strong client-facing communication.
