Sumathi Information Technologies (Private) Limited, a fully owned subsidiary of Sumathi Holdings, has been at the forefront of computer networking and data communication since 2001, offering total ICT solutions under one roof. We are currently looking for dynamic and results-driven professionals to join our Service Provider & Enterprise Networking Division, contributing to both pre-sales and post-sales activities and ensuring seamless customer engagement.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform pre-sales and post-sales activities of the division and assist in building the Service Provider & Enterprise Networking Division.
- Act as an advocate for the product portfolio carried by Sumathi IT, supporting customer interests and assisting sales teams in positioning appropriate solutions.
- Take ownership of client issues and challenges, addressing and resolving them by leveraging the Networking team and the extended Sumathi IT resources.
- Maintain up-to-date product and solution knowledge in technology areas under the purview of the Team Lead.
- Implement and provide support for networking solutions in the respective domain.
- Ensure compliance with SLA targets and project timelines.
- Maintain customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution.
- Assist in business development initiatives in coordination with the sales team.
- Undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the Team Lead/Manager.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS:
- A Degree in Telecommunication, Computer, IT, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in designing, deploying, and operating network solutions.
- Mid-level industry certifications such as CCNP or JNCIP.
- A clear understanding of emerging networking technologies such as SDN and SD-WAN.
- Prior experience working with a principal vendor or systems integrator will be an added advantage.
- A dynamic personality with strong problem-solving skills and a thirst for continuous learning and achievement.
