We're looking for a hands-on marketer who can skillfully translate analytics into impactful marketing campaigns.
You’ll be at the center of multi-channel marketing—connecting CRMs, email workflows, ad platforms, and landing pages into funnels that convert and scale. This is a role for someone who loves making ideas actionable, optimizing fast, and ensuring no opportunity slips through the cracks.
Your role:
- Set up, optimize, and maintain CRM systems (HubSpot, Klaviyo, Zoho, Salesforce).
- Build and manage email workflows (welcome flows, nurture flows, contact health monitoring) and execute email campaigns with strong deliverability and reporting.
- Plan, set up, and optimize ads across Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Yelp, and others—refreshing creatives, targeting, and budgets; running A/B tests to improve performance.
- Track and analyze multi-channel campaign performance, providing clear reporting on ROI, traffic sources, and conversions; recommend and implement optimizations promptly.
- Manage and optimize landing pages, tracking codes, and forms, ensuring a seamless funnel across ads, emails, retargeting, and CRM workflows.
- Support execution of 10+ concurrent campaigns, making quick, precise changes to capture opportunities and minimize lost spend.
- Collaborate with developers for technical integrations, while owning end-to-end marketing operations.
Required experience:
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing execution.
- Strong track record working with CRMs (HubSpot, Klaviyo, Zoho, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign).
- Strong hands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Klaviyo, Zoho, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
- Practical knowledge of email marketing automation and reporting.
- Working knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other ad platforms (not necessarily expert-level in all, but willing to learn).
- Comfortable analyzing campaign data and making quick optimizations.
- Familiarity with landing page creation, A/B testing, and website funnel optimization.
- Agile, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns at once.
- Willingness to learn new platforms and expand across the full digital marketing stack.
Added advantages:
