Senior Business Analyst

In this role, you will be a key player in analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for automation. You'll be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, collaborating with our RPA developers and solution architects, and conducting feasibility assessments for automation projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for process improvement to drive efficiency and innovation across our organization.

Location: Infomate Head Office, Colombo 01

Shift: 8.30 am - 5.00 pm (Onsite)

What You'll Do:

• Analyze existing business processes across departments to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements for automation projects.
• Develop and maintain Process Design Documents (PDDs) and Solution Design Documents (SDDs).
• Collaborate with RPA developers and solution architects to translate business needs into automation solutions.
• Conduct feasibility assessments and cost-benefit analysis of automation proposals.
• Facilitate UAT testing, training sessions, and user onboarding for new automation solutions.
• Monitor post-deployment performance of automated processes and gather user feedback for enhancements.
• Support governance by ensuring compliance with data privacy, security, and corporate automation policies.
• Create professional documentation, dashboards, and reports for stakeholders and senior management.

What You'll Bring:

• 5-7 years of experience in business analysis, process mapping, or automation.
• Exposure to RPA tools such as Power Automate or any tool is preferred.
• Strong analytical and process modelling skills (e.g., flowcharts, data flow diagram).
• Proficient in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Good understanding of enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, or DMS platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
