Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Management Trainee – Full Time to join our growing team. This role is designed to provide comprehensive exposure to the business and technical aspects of the IT industry. You will learn through real-time project involvement, assist in operational activities, and contribute to strategic initiatives across departments.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, coordinating, and monitoring the day-to-day operations and implementation of business strategies.
• Map and document business workflows, structures, and policies, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with company objectives.
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement within existing workflows, and recommend practical solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the effective execution and implementation of projects and initiatives.
• Conduct basic data analysis, research emerging technology trends, and contribute to reporting, implementation, and process improvement.
• Participate actively in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, employee engagement activities, and performance reviews.
• Gain exposure to Human Resources functions, including recruitment support, onboarding, and employee performance tracking, with opportunities to contribute to HR process implementation.
• Work closely with management on strategic planning, process optimization, and the implementation of operational improvements across department.
• Research and benchmark industry best practices to guide the refinement of business processes and operational policies.
• Support change management initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new workflows, tools, or policies across teams.

Responsibilities are not limited to the above and may evolve based on business needs and trainee performance.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Strong willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt quickly.
• Basic understanding of business processes and operations.
