Achievers International Campus is seeking a passionate and dedicated Lecturer in Business Management with a strong background in academic research. The ideal candidate should be able to deliver engaging lectures while also guiding students through research projects, dissertations, and case studies at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:✅ Deliver high-quality lectures, tutorials, and seminars in core areas of Business Management.
✅ Supervise student research projects, dissertations, and academic writing.
✅ Assist students in developing critical thinking, analytical, and research skills.
✅ Engage in Assessment Marking and ensure alignment with international academic standards.
✅ Conduct or contribute to academic research, publications, and conferences.
✅ Provide academic mentoring and career guidance to students.
✅ Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching, learning, and research culture.
🔹 Qualifications and Experience:✔ A Master’s degree in Business Management, MBA, or a related discipline (PhD preferred or in progress).
✔ Prior lecturing experience at tertiary or higher education level.
✔ Strong background in academic research methodologies and supervising research work.
✔ Familiarity with academic writing standards, referencing systems, and data analysis tools.
✔ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
✔ Commitment to student-centered teaching and continuous professional development.
