Workflow Development
- Design, implement, and maintain low-code Agents (e.g., n8n workflows) that connect internal APIs (e.g., CRM, ERP, databases) to LLM models and delivery channels (Teams, email, etc).
- Create and document agents and their reusable nodes, modules, or Model Context Protocol (MCP) for common integrations (REST, SQL, message queues).
- Develop and run tests to validate workflow logic and data transformations.
- Define graduation criteria for the Agents.
Monitoring & Support
- Getting agent logs into an internal monitoring system that tracks workflow, agent performance, costs, and error rates, in collaboration with the Senior Engineer to optimize and scale.
Collaboration & Handoff
- Present workflow demos to Departments and teams, gather feedback, and iterate rapidly.
- Package and document workflows so they can graduate to the more advanced lane of agents when higher complexity or Machine Learning capabilities are required.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Explore new low-code patterns, connector libraries, or AI-enhancing nodes; prototype ideas and share learnings.
- Continue building your coding and framework skills (Python, AI orchestration frameworks) and deepen your technical expertise, with the goal of evolving into designing and delivering end-to-end AI agents.
- 2+ years experience building low-code or AI agents (n8n, Zapier, make.com or equivalent).
- Proficient in Python for software or agents (e.g. small helper services, data preparation, or custom node development).
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, basic SQL, and authentication flows (OAuth2).
- experience with RESTful design, Git workflows, and unit testing
- Managing multiple priorities and comfortable working across disciplines.
- Familiar with the Agile/Scrum method of working
- Broad knowledge in the area of software development
Nice to have: - Experience with Semantic Kernel, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, etc.
- Experience building AI agents with Python.
- Experience building agents for internal departments in a company or as a product.
