We’re Hiring: Training Program Operations Manager
 Location: Malabe, Sri Lanka | Full-time

DoMedia.lk, a fast-growing digital marketing and technology agency, is launching a new in-house training initiative to nurture the next generation of digital professionals. This program will offer practical, real-world experience to fresh graduates and undergraduates in areas like Full Stack Development, Digital Marketing, Design, and Business Analysis.

We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations Manager to lead and manage the day-to-day operations of this training initiative. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a learning platform from the ground up, while working closely with industry professionals and emerging talent.

As the Training Program Operations Manager, you will:

• Oversee the entire training program lifecycle — from student onboarding to graduation
• Manage interview and selection processes for new batches of trainees
• Coordinate with internal team members and external trainers to deliver structured modules
• Plan, schedule, and track sessions, assessments, and practical assignments
• Ensure a smooth and engaging learning experience for all participants
• Act as the main point of contact for students, mentors, and internal stakeholders
• Continuously monitor and improve program quality through feedback and reporting

What We’re Looking For

• A solid background in IT or tech-related fields
• Passion for education, mentoring, or academic coordination
• Excellent people management and communication skills
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple moving parts
• A self-starter who’s excited to build systems and processes from scratch

Bonus Points For:

• Experience managing or coordinating training programs, bootcamps, or internships
• Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, ClickUp, LMS systems
• Awareness of key trends in digital marketing, software development, design, or BA
