👩💻 What You’ll Do:
- Assist in the implementation and configuration of application systems.
- Provide support for Linux-based systems and troubleshoot related issues.
- Collaborate with senior engineers on various technical projects.
- Conduct system monitoring and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
- Provide customer support and resolve technical queries in a timely manner.
- Document technical processes and procedures.
📌 Ideal Candidate:
- Pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in IT or related field
- Basic understanding of telecommunication systems is an added advantage
- Familiarity with Linux operating systems is a plus
- Strong interest in troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Good communication skills in both written and spoken English
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Eagerness to develop skills and grow within the company
