Intern Project Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Project Manager Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative tech company. You will work closely with our project management team to support the planning, execution, and delivery of projects while gaining valuable skills in client communication and relationship management.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate directly with clients to understand their needs, provide project updates, and gather feedback.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, handling inquiries and resolving issues.
• Support the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including timelines, status reports, and meeting minutes.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., development, design, quality assurance) to ensure project goals are met.
• Participate in client meetings, project demos, and feedback sessions.
• Help identify potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, Computer Science).
• Strong interest in project management and a desire to build a career in the tech industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle customer interactions professionally and effectively.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello) is a plus.
• Proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
