Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Laravel Backend Developer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 6+ months of hands-on Laravel experience—whether through professional work or self-hosted projects (live demo required)—to contribute to real-world applications and grow within a supportive, Agile-driven environment.
- Education: Diploma or Higher Diploma in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (graduate or undergraduate status acceptable)
- Laravel Experience: Minimum 6+ months of hands-on Laravel backend development (self-hosted projects with live demo accepted)
- API Development: Basic understanding of designing and implementing RESTful APIs
- Database Skills: Familiarity with MySQL or PostgreSQL, including migrations
- Version Control: Experience using Git or similar version control systems
- Mobile Development (Optional): Exposure to Flutter or other mobile frameworks is a plus, but not required
- Security & Performance: Awareness of backend security, performance, and scalability principles
- Collaboration: Ability to work with front-end and mobile developers for integration
- Problem Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive mindset
- Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Bonus Skills (Preferred but not required):
- Familiarity with Agile project management tools
- Exposure to cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, or DevOps practices
- Independent and team-oriented work ethic
