We're Hiring: Work-from-Home Human Resource Intern

Location: Remote (WFH)

Duration: 3-Month Internship (with potential for a full-time role)

Salary: 25,000 LKR + Attractive Commissions

Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM

Requirements:

• A completed qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline
• Strong foundation in core HR principles and practices
• Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Confident and articulate when engaging with candidates over the phone
• Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven
• Familiarity with recruitment workflows and interviewing best practices
• Demonstrates professionalism and courtesy in all phone interactions
