Job Responsibilities:
•Provide first level technical support for hardware, software, and networking related issues
•Install, configure, and maintain workstations, servers and networking equipment
•Monitor system performance and ensure security and availability of IT systems and networks
•Troubleshoot and resolve issues with desktops, laptops, network connectivity, and enterprise applications
•Manage user accounts, access control, and data backups
•Coordinate with external vendors and support partners for IT-related services and issue resolution
•Manage IT procurement activities and maintain up-to-date documentation and asset inventory
•Support implementation and rollout of new IT projects initiated by LTL Holdings
Candidate Profile:
•Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
•Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support and systems/network administration role
•Hands-on experience with ERP systems; experience with SAP Business One is an advantage
•Solid understanding of IT infrastructure management and information security protocols
•Experience with Firewalls, EDR/XDR Solutions, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Azure Cloud is required
•Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
