The Role
We’re looking for a technical lead who can take ownership of complex problems across the frontend and backend, with a strong emphasis on building robust, user-friendly Angular applications.
- Expertise in Angular and modern TypeScript-based frontend development
- Strong experience with .NET development, with the ability to work across legacy and modern stacks
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining enterprise-level applications
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend build tools
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and tools like Azure DevOps
- Ability to break down high-level requirements into clear, actionable tasks
- A proactive mindset, with attention to user experience and real-world flow
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with distributed teams and international clients
- Appreciation for clean architecture, maintainable code, and scalable design
- Hands-on experience working in Agile environments
- Work directly with Swedish clients and their partners
- Own features end-to-end from design through implementation to delivery
- Mentor and support engineers through technical guidance and code reviews
- Actively contribute to technical decisions, UX discussions, and product planning
- Drive quality by helping shape not just how we build, but what we build
