Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Create comprehensive SRS (Software Requirement Specification) and BRD (Business Requirement Document) documentation.
• Translate client requirements into technical and functional solutions that align with Innodata’s services.
• Support the presales team by preparing solution decks, scope documents, and demos tailored to client needs.
• Conduct market and client research to support solution positioning.
• Participate in client calls and presentations, clearly articulating technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Work closely with delivery, data engineering, and sales teams to align solutions with capabilities and delivery frameworks.

Required Qualifications & Skill

• sBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• .3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a presales or client-facing role
• .Proven experience in requirement gathering, SRS/BRD documentation, and client presentations
• .Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• .Ability to understand and articulate business needs and translate them into technology solutions
• .Understanding of Data Engineering concepts (ETL, data pipelines, databases)
• .Familiarity with Generative AI/AI use cases and emerging technologies
