We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Associate UI/UX Engineer to join our fast growing team at Thyaga. This role is perfect for a graduate with 1-2 years of experience who possesses a strong portfolio showcasing their UI/UX design skills. You will contribute to the design and development of intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces, focusing on user experience and accessibility.
- Assist in conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering user feedback.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Design and develop user interfaces that are intuitive, engaging, and consistent with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate user requirements into compelling designs.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design systems and style guides.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
- Present and articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in UI/UX design & development.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of UI/UX design & development projects.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Figma).
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Knowledge of front-end development is a plus.
- Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to receive and incorporate feedback effectively.
