To support our existing team of individuals we have decided to provide an opportunity to suitable candidates with industry experience to join our team as the Associate PHP Software Engineer - Laravel/CodeIgniter.
Experience:
- Required: Minimum 1 year of experience with Laravel or CodeIgniter.
- Preferred: 1.5+ years of overall PHP development experience.
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in PHP, with hands-on experience in Laravel or CodeIgniter frameworks.
- Expertise in MVC architecture and building RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with design patterns such as the Repository Pattern.
- Experience with front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Ajax, jQuery, and JavaScript.
- Proficiency in MySQL for database design and management.
- Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Understanding of software development principles and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong sense of professionalism, teamwork, and self-discipline.
- Ability to adhere to organizational standards and contribute positively to the work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement multiple features/projects under tight deadlines.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code adhering to industry best practices.
- Participate in deployment, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal application performance.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of codebase changes and provide periodic development reports.
