Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any equivalent qualification.
• 1 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in working with Jira and Agile Methodologies.
• Ability to interface with onsite staff and function as the single point of contact for requirements.
• Possess strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, particularly written and spoken English, and proven experience in writing user stories, use cases, and detailed software requirements specifications.
• Curiosity and the ability to acquire domain and technical knowledge rapidly.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to elicit requirements through interviews, surveys, workshops, and studying existing documents. • Bridge the communication gap between the client & the development team.
• Create clear and comprehensive documentation, such as business requirements documents (BRD), functional specifications, and use stories.
• Analyze, prepare, and prioritize product backlog items, while ensuring they align with business goals.
• Model and analyze “as is” and “to be” business processes using tools such as flowcharts and BPMN diagrams.
• Design screen mockups and UI wireframes.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to develop test plans and ensure that solutions meet business requirements.
• Engage in the development process and related activities (Agile/Scrum) to ensure proper communication of requirements.
• Write test cases and provide support with UAT.
