Role Overview
As a Trainee Network Engineer in Grandstream team, you will:
✅ Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Grandstream networking equipment, including access points, switches, routers, firewalls, and PBX systems.
✅ Troubleshoot and support network and VoIP-related issues.
✅ Learn and apply best practices for network performance and security.
✅ Collaborate with experienced engineers on real-time technical projects.
✅ Work in a hybrid setup with both on-site and remote responsibilities.
What We’re Looking For
🔹 Basic understanding of networking protocols and concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, DHCP, NAT, SIP).
🔹 Familiarity with Grandstream or similar network/VoIP products is a plus.
🔹 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
🔹 Good communication and collaboration abilities.
🔹 Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a technical environment.
🔹 Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in Computer Science, Networking, or related field.
🔹 Participation in labs, projects, or tech clubs related to networking is a bonus.
